Verify your download

Every release has a SHA-512 fingerprint, shown on the home page next to the download button. If your file gives the same fingerprint, it is exactly the file we published.

Check it in PowerShell

Open PowerShell in the folder that holds the installer and run:

Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA512 .\Rapidly-Download-Manager-Setup-<version>.exe

Replace <version> with the version in the file name. Compare the Hash column with the SHA-512 on the home page. Letters can be upper or lower case; they must match character for character.

If they differ

Do not run the installer. Delete the file and download it again. If it still differs, do not install; write to us (see the Privacy page for how to reach us).

Why we show this

Until the installer is code-signed, Windows SmartScreen cannot vouch for it. The fingerprint lets you confirm it yourself.
